I. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY: Advertised prices are for in stock items only. Prices do not apply to items not stocked, or out of stock. Successful submission of an order to Laptop Rescue does not guarantee item availability. All orders are reviewed for availability after order is placed.  In some cases we may offer to provide special order services for non-stocked items at higher prices.  

II. RETURN POLICY: In order to return an item, you must meet the following criteria and complete our online return request form.  We do not process return requests by telephone. For purchases of parts and/or accessories (such as Laptop Power Adapters, etc.) the following return policy applies: Refunds will only be available for 30 days from the date the item was delivered to the customer by the shipping carrier. Once a refund request is approved and an RMA issued, the item must be returned within 14 days. Refunds will be for the product price only and not include the cost of shipping paid by the customer except in cases of defective or incorrect products. Beyond 30 days, warranty service and exchanges will be available for the duration of the advertised warranty period for that particular product. For warranty service and replacements beyond 30 days, the cost of returning the product (return shipping) is the responsibility of the customer. Cases of physical damage upon arrive (broken during shipping) must be reported within 10 days of receiving the item. The warranty will be null and void for products showing signs of damage caused by the consumer and no refund or exchange will be completed. No request for warranty service or refunds will be processed until the original product is returned by the customer and received in our facility.

III. SHIPPING:  The shipping estimates are in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.  All orders require one business day processing time before shipment. Shipping time frames are estimates only and not guaranteed.  Laptop Rescue and/or their agents are not liable for any losses or damages caused by delays, even if they are our fault, in processing, picking up, transporting (including delays caused by diversions), or delivering a shipment.  No refunds will be issued for items reported as delivered by the shipping carrier but claimed as not received by the customer. If after following proper procedures to report the lost item to the shipping carrier, replacement merchandise may be provided on a case by case basis.

IV. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Money Back Guarantee for 30 days only and shipping fees are non-refundable.

V. RETURNED PAYMENTS AND CREDIT CARD DISPUTES:  You agree not to iniate any credit card dispute for legitimate transactions made on our web site and instead work directly with our customer service team to resolve any issue you may have.  All credit card disputes (chargebacks) will be considered Returned Payments and a $35.00 returned payment fee will be assessed to you and subtracted from any refunds you may be issued.
