I broke the screen on my HP laptop and I thought I'd give these guys a try. The website looked pretty straightforward and even though I did worry because my laptop and I are like best friends I am so happy that I did. Everything happened just like they said it would on the website. They not only fixed my laptop as good as new they also kept me up to date during every step of the process. I have used Laptop Rescue twice for repairs; once for a unit that was quickly, and inexpensively, repaired and returned to me. In both cases service was personal and expedient. I'll admit I was hesitant to send off my laptops but I am very glad I did.
